                                                                  Reflection During first quarter, I gained a lot of knowledge. And I've been learned the importance of time management, staying organized and how to make a study plan. These skills helped me to be more prepared in handling my school works. One of the biggest challenges I faced was adjusting to a heavier workload. because when I was in grade 9, there was less to do, unlike now when there is so much more to do, so it's hard for me to adjust. And the other biggest challenge I was faced is the time management. I also struggled with staying focused, especially when I am studying/reviewing because I am easily distracted.
