During first quarter, I gained a lot of knowledge. And I've been learned the importance of time management, staying organized and how to make a study plan. These skills helped me to be more prepared in handling my school works.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was adjusting to a heavier workload. because when I was in grade 9, there was less to do, unlike now when there is so much more to do, so it's hard for me to adjust. And the other biggest challenge I was faced is the time management. I also struggled with staying focused, especially when I am studying/reviewing because I am easily distracted. I am also struggled to the other lessons because I can't understand.

To overcome this challenges, I create a study plan and I am managing my time properly. To improve my focus, I limited my use of social media when studying or reviewing and sought help to teacher or classmates when I didn't understand the lesson.

Moving on, I will study hard to achieve my dream. And I will continue to improve my study habits and I will also continue to improve my time management, enhance my focus and avoid distraction. I will do my best in the upcoming quarter.
